Whisk attachment
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
- condensed milk - optional, add to taste
In your kitchen aid mixer add cream cheese and whisk for 2 minutes until creamy.
Add powdered sugar and mix for another minute.
If you are choosing to add vanilla, lemon juice, or condensed milk, add them now and mix for 1 minute.
Place into a jar and into the fridge to cool.
Use for cupcakes, cookies, or cakes!
