Cream Cheese Frosting

Rich, velvety cream cheese frosting.

  • Kitchen Aid Mixer
  • Whisk attachment

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
  • condensed milk - optional, add to taste

Instructions

  • In your kitchen aid mixer add cream cheese and whisk for 2 minutes until creamy.
  • Add powdered sugar and mix for another minute.
  • If you are choosing to add vanilla, lemon juice, or condensed milk, add them now and mix for 1 minute.
  • Place into a jar and into the fridge to cool.
  • Use for cupcakes, cookies, or cakes!
