4Potatoes or tater tots

Tortillas
Sriracha
Cheese shreddedfor assembly and melting
Instructions
Fry the bacon on a skillet, air fryer, or in the oven.
Air-fry tater tots for 10 minutes at 380°F. OR boil the potatoes, and then fry on the skillet.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Scramble the eggs on a skillet.
Incorporate dill or parsley into the scrambled eggs and mix well. Or just sprinkle on some prepared eggs.
Assemble the burritos.
Lay out tortillas and layer with cheese, scrambled eggs, bacon, tater tots, and a drizzle of Sriracha.
Add another layer of cheese on top (this will help your burrito to stick together once melted.).
Fold and assemble the burritos.
In a dry or slightly oiled skillet, fry the assembled burritos, seam side down, to ensure they stay together.
