Fluffy, Cheesy Breakfast Burrito

These are sooooo good! My husband had me make these for breakfast for a month straight! Made with light fluffy scrambles egg, cheese, bacon, and tater tots. This burrito is so easy and so versatile. One day I will add Tostitos nacho cheese, other days I would add cilantro. It’s just whatever I have on hand that day. You can eat it with hot sauce or as it.

Ingredients:

4 Eggs

Bacon

Tater tots

1/4 tsp Salt

1/4 Pepper

1/2 cup Milk

Parsley/Dill

Tortillas

Sriracha

Directions:

  1. Air fry bacon for 10 mins at 380.

  2. Air fry tater tots for 10 mins at 380.

  3. Mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper.

  4. Fry eggs as scrambled eggs.

  5. Add dill/parlsey into the eggs and mix.

  6. Assemble

  7. Fry on dry skillet

  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Assemble burritos

  1. Tortilla

  2. Cheese

  3. Egg

  4. Bacon

  5. Tater tots

  6. Sriracha

  7. Cheese ( This cheese will help your burrito to stick together once melted.)

And then fry seam side down to ensure the burrito won’t fall apart.

Enjoy.
