3cupsraw milk
1cupraw honey

In a dutch oven or any heavy bottom saucepan, combine the milk and honey over medium heat. Stir well to ensure the honey is fully incorporated into the milk.
Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer while stirring constantly. Be careful not to let it boil.
Reduce the heat to low and continue simmering the mixture for about 45-60 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking to the bottom of the pan.
As the mixture cooks, it will gradually thicken and reduce in volume. Keep a close eye on it to ensure it doesn't scorch.
After 45-60 minutes of simmering, the mixture should have thickened significantly, resembling the consistency of condensed milk - slightly thinner than the store, it will become thicker the next day after being refrigerated. The color will start to change to more of a cream color. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
Pour the condensed milk into a mason jar and allow the sweetened condensed milk to cool down to room temperature.
Once cooled, transfer to the fridge. It can be kept in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
