Instructions
Grill Instructions:
In a blender, blend together the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, mirin, sesame oil, garlic, garlic, onion, salt, and black pepper.
Add the sliced short ribs to a 9x13 glass dish and pour over blend mix, make sure all of the short ribs will be covered in the sauce. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
Remove the short ribs from the marinade and discard the remaining marinade.
Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Serve the Korean BBQ short ribs on a platter and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Crockpot Instructions:
