Lemon, Ginger and Honey Concoction-Natural Cold and Flu Remedy

Ingredients
Costco 5 lb lemons
1lbginger root
Local raw honey 3-5 cups.
Instructions
Cut the lemons in 4 long pieces
Remove all seeds. The seeds will add a bitter taste.
Peel the ginger root
On your kitchen aid mixer, using the meat grinder attachment, grind all of your lemon and ginger into the large bowl.
Add honey one cup at a time and taste. Make sure you taste the sweetness of the honey.
I like to store my concoction in mason jars and in the fridge. Sometimes I will stick some into the freezer or share with friends and family.
Eat as is, or add to your favorite cup of tea.
I recommend eating a few tablespoons a day to prevent cold and flu.
