Sourdough Philly Sandwich
Thinly sliced steak with carmelized onion, melted cheese and finished with a perfect creamy garlic dill sauce to bring all of the flavors together.

- thinly sliced steak

Make sourdough bread! Slice the bread.
Fry a steak and thinly slice it. You can also buy thinly sliced beef and fry that in oil with salt and pepper.
In a skillet, sauté onion until it turns caramelized. Slightly salt the onions.
In a separate bowl make the dressing by combining mayo, garlic, dill. Mix well.
On each sourdough bread slice, spread about a tsp of the dressing on both sides (only the insides).
Add cheese, steaks, onion.
Close the sandwich and bake or skillet fry on each side until golden.
Serve hot.
