Easy Homemade White Garlic Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1/2 tbsp minced garlic

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1.5 tbsp flour

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup parmesan cheese shredded

Directions:

  1. Melt on medium heat 2 tbsp unsalted butter

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 3 mins until aromatic

  3. Add salt and pepper

  4. Add flour

  5. Add heavy whipping cream and bring to a slight boil

  6. Add cheese and keep stirring because the sauce will be starting to thicken up. Take off heat before it gets thick, as it cools it will become more thicker like condensed soup consistency.

  7. Store in mason jar in fridge and use on your homemade pizza! Enjoy!
