Ingredients:

  • Heavy cream: Base for the ice cream. Make sure it’s above 30% fat content. Mine was 40% heavy cream from Costco.
  • Condensed milk: Adds sweetness to the ice cream. Whipping cream and condensed milk.

How to make ice cream:

  1. In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, whisk 2 cups of cream on medium high speed for about 3 mins or until soft peaks form. Homemade ice cream.
  2. Pour in condensed milk, whisk for another minute.
  3. Pour mixture into a freezer safe dish. Homemade ice cream.
  4. Freeze overnight.

  • 1 can condensed milk 14 oz
